Fox Docks built my dock four years ago and it's an amazingly tough structure. My lake property is located on a main channel and my dock takes a beating. Brooke helped me with designing a dock that accommodated my shallow water so we didn't have to dredge. This saved us a lot of money. Brooke and the crew worked efficiently to have my dock ready for summer. Recently, I was really impressed that Brooke and the crew came by to pressure wash and check up on my dock. Fox Docks provided me with a great dock that is extremely durable. They have went above and beyond my expectations. I suggest them to all my friends and neighbors on Lake Norman. Their customer service, highest quality products, skilled craftsmanship, and modern accommodating designs made me choose Fox Docks. I know I have the best dock on the lake. My opinion.........Fox Docks is the way to go if you are considering building a custom dock on Lake Norman. I did deep diligence on most of the dock builders in the area before starting our project and decided on Fox Docks. We just finished our project in the Point this past month and they delivered a quality product, on time as promised. Brooke and his team are quality dock builders who bring an innovative and meticulous approach to the job as just one of the ways they differentiate themselves from other dock builders. I guarantee you will not get yesterday’s dock, but rather the latest thinking on design, materials and construction. Brooke will help you design, spec and build a custom dock to your specific needs and do it at a fair price. Frankly I was a bit skeptical going into the project given all the stories and “watch outs” you hear about when asking around for input on building a dock. I spent several months therefore doing my homework up front to make sure I would minimize any surprises or misunderstandings. We had none on my project and their transparency and seamless communication style made decision making simple. These guys know what they are doing. From top to bottom they are experienced and professional. You have the same team every day and they are polite, engaging and hard working. I only wish I had another dock to build. Great experience with Fox Docks. The level of attention given to my project accompanied with the speed accuracy and professionalism was above and beyond my expectations as compared to other dealings I have had with dock contractors on Lake Norman. These guys were simply the best I’ve dealt with. The owner Brooke was very knowledgeable. Wendy had excellent communication via email and phone and their project manager Dory is one of the sweetest women I’ve met. Their employees work like a cohesive unit and it was a joy to watch their efficiency. I’d strongly recommend using Fox Docks for your dock construction needs. Excellent experience all around. We took time to meet with many of the dock builders on Lake Norman and landed on Fox Docks. They did an excellent job, communicated well and consistently throughout the process and helped us make informed decisions about the options available and what would work best for us. I can’t recommend Fox Docks highly enough. If you are considering having a dock built one Lake Norman I suggest two things. 1.) Consider a stationary dock they are very nice (thanks to Brooke for getting me to even consider a stationary) and 2.) at least reach out to Fox Docks and meet with them. Once you meet Brooke in person you will want to do business with him and his team. And his team was too notch. My young son enjoyed watching some of the construction and I never heard any foul language or saw anything that gave me any concern. Our property stayed clean, no trash left around and job site kept tidy. A. In a time when construction is booming and everyone has more work than they can handle we were still treated like their most important customer the whole time, before during and after the project.
Our family has been throughly enjoying the dock built by the Fox Docks team. From the very first meeting Brooke's knowledge and innovative ideas have distinguished them from any of the competition. Visiting the crew during their work on another customer's project gave me a preview of their skills, enthusiasm and friendly attitude. When I had a chance to see some examples of their prior work it became clear to me that while I could hire any of the considered builders to construct a dock, if I hire Fox Docks they will build a masterpiece. Our dock's construction process was smooth and timely, in line with the estimated timeframe. As to the finished product - it is another masterpiece dock on Lake Norman built by true master Brooke and his team. Thank you, Fox Docks!
